House Rule

  • Rights of admission reserved by the Hotel Management.
  • Smoking in rooms, corridors, staircases & restaurants is strictly prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed in the room.
  • Unmarried couples and Guests with local IDs are not allowed.
  • An early check-in or a late check-out is subject to the availability of room and on a chargeable basis only.
  • Room keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever the guest leaves the hotel to avoid key missing charges.
  • Visitors are not allowed to the rooms due to guest safety & security purposes. Please use our lobby or restaurant to entertain your visitors.
  • Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc) is intended for your use during your stay at the hotel and you are kindly requested not to take them out.
  • Bringing and consuming food and drinks or ordering from an external catering service is not allowed in the rooms or any other hotel areas
  • From 11:00 pm to 8:00 am is the period of night rest, so don’t disturb other hotel guests, we ask each guest to be careful and not produce noise that can bother other guests.
  • Guests are obligated to pay for any damage they caused in the room if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage
  • Please use the safe locker provided in the room. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or leaving behind your valuables, money, jewels and documents in the rooms or other places in the hotel.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 am, please leave the room before 11:00 am on the day of your departure. Maintaining in room after 11:00 requires additional accommodation charges, in case of late departures please notify the reception by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
